Executive Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, highly driven, and an independent worker who possesses exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while anticipating needs, prioritizing effectively, and exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works in coordination with Nutrition Services management team and staff
- Provide administrative support to executive team, including calendar management, website management and scheduling meetings
- Coordinate and prepare staff meetings and events, both, virtually and in person.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the leadership team with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems.
- Has excellent attention to detail, and executes responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through
- Assist in coordinating specific projects or additional duties to be determined by the President & CEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
