About the Role

We’re seeking an inspiring and driven Regional Dietitian Manager to lead our nutrition teams across multiple facilities. This role blends clinical expertise with team mentorship, operational oversight, and strategic leadership. You’ll shape evidence-based nutrition practice, foster staff development, and ensure exceptional care across the continuum.

Your Impact

Leadership & Staff Development
• Motivate and mentor a diverse team of dietitians
• Conduct audits to ensure evidence-based nutrition practices
• Lead team learning initiatives and training presentations
• Manage staffing coverage and support
• Collaborate within the NSI management team

Clinical Nutrition Practice
• Partner with facility leadership to meet regulatory compliance
• Contribute to interdisciplinary planning and survey readiness
• Oversee clinical documentation including MDS, care plans, tube feed reviews, and skin integrity interventions
• Deliver personalized nutritional consultations and education
• Ensure menu compliance with policy and physician orders
• Maintain credentials and insurance documentation as needed

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Food & Nutrition (required)
• Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
• Certified/licensed in the practicing state
• Minimum 2 years in hospital or skilled nursing facility
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, such as team management, staff development, or cross-functional collaboration
• Proven leadership and communication skills
